Newland-scaping LLC Warrantee Program
Comes free of charge with every Newland-scaping job
HARDSCAPE
Two (2) year coverage against defects in material and craftsmanship on all hardscape, including: flagstone, tile, block, pavers, rock, walls. Warranty does not cover normal wear or natural blemishes associated with the building material used.
WATER FEATURES
Two (2) year coverage against defects in craftsmanship on all water features installed by Newland-scaping LLC. Warranty does not cover regular maintenance, normal wear or natural blemishes or calcium deposits associated with the building material used. The warranty covers pumps and other equipment used for a one (1) year period.
IRRIGATION SYSTEM
One (1) year coverage against defects in material and craftsmanship on sprinklers, irrigation and drip systems. This includes protection against irrigation leaks and defective parts such as valves, timers, pressure vacuum breakers and sprinkler heads. Warranty does not cover normal maintenance such as timer or sprinkler head adjustments, emitter issues, and problems resulting from not winterizing the system. Note: winterizing can be scheduled by Newland-scaping LLC for an additional fee.
PLANT MATERIAL
One (1) year coverage of all perennial plants and trees planted by Newland-scaping LLC. Warrantee does not cover annuals or any plants not placed on a Newland-scaping LLC installed irrigation system. Furthermore, the warrantee will not cover plant material lost due to frost, wind, animals or vandalism. Warrantee is invalidated if owner does not properly maintain irrigation system, turns off irrigation system, or adjusts their irrigation timer outside of Newland-scaping LLC’s General Irrigation Guidelines. Plant material covered by this limited warranty which dies during the Warranty Period will be replaced with plant material of like variety and original size, one time only, provided that the account is paid in full per the terms of the agreement. In order to insure the survival of replacement plant materials, replanting will be done only during appropriate planting seasons when weather conditions are favorable
CUSTOMER SERVICE FOLLOW-UP
Approximately 2 weeks following the customer’s final walk-though, Newland-scaping LLC will contact the homeowner to remind them to reduce watering times on their irrigation system. Approximately 90 days after your project has been Newland-scaping LLC will follow -up with you to schedule, if necessary, a customer service call to replace dead plants and handle any other outstanding warranty issues. Newland-scaping LLC generally does not handle warranty issues before this 90-day period unless they involve your irrigation system.
